Will Bigen Gentle Cream Colour give me natural-looking results?
Yes. As long as you choose a shade close to your natural hair colour, it will blend well. When in doubt, go a shade lighter.

How long should I wait to use Bigen Gentle Cream Colour after perming, bleaching, or relaxing?
We recommend waiting 5 shampoos and 14 days.

Should I perm or relax my hair before colour my hair?
Yes, you should perm or relax your hair first. Otherwise the use of permanent and relaxer can change the colour. Ensure you have 5 shampoos and 14 days before colouring your hair so that there is no scalp sensitivity or discomfort.

What is the difference between semi-permanent and demi-permanent?
Semi-permanent colour pigment stays on surface of the hair while the demi-permanent pigment stays inside of the hair. The priary difference is how long they last after repeated washing, and colour lasting of Demi-permanent is longer than Semi-permanent.

Who should use demi-permanent hair colour?
A demi-permanent hair colour is suitable for anyone who is concerned about hair damage, yet wants to colour their hair. While semi-permanent hair colours are widely used for relaxed and bleached hair to deposit colour, they can easily fade away. Sometimes there are concerns about staining towels and pillows. However, demi-permanent hair colours are more long-lasting and colour resistance.

Can I save the mixture for the next application?
No. You cannot save the mixture that you have mixed two creams. Once you mix them, the mixture becomes oxidized. You can only save two creams that are in tubes.

Semi-permanent is a deposit only and does not require a developer or any level of peroxide. It keeps the colour for about 3 to 6 washes. On the other hand, demi-permanent contains a developer or a small amount of peroxide that allows for longer-lasting colour than semi-permanent. It keeps the colour for about 24 washes.
