Will Bigen Speedy Conditioning Colour give me natural-looking results?
Yes. As long as you choose a shade close to your natural hair colour, it will blend well. When in doubt, go a shade lighter. It is easier to fix a lighter shade if the result turns out to be different than expected.

What colour shade should I choose for my first colouring?
We recommend choosing a colour shade that is close to your initial hair colour.

My hair is already coloured dark. Can I use a light shade of Bigen Speedy Conditioning Colour to lighten my dark hair?
A light shade of Bigen Speedy Conditioning Colour cannot lighten your hair that has been already coloured dark.

If I mix two colours, will I get the colour in between?
No. It is not recommended to mix colours. Mixing hair colour is not like mixing paint. The result will not be in between the colours you mix, and also cannot be predicted how it will come out.

I am using henna. Can I use Bigen Speedy Conditioning Colour?
You may not obtain the desired hair colour if you apply it on hair that has recently been coloured by henna. This is because the colours from henna are left in your hair. The time it takes for the colours of henna to come out completely differs from person to person, therefore we recommend you wait until new hair has grown in or cut the coloured areas.
